The Faculty of Enginnering organizes a debate with the Parliamentary Committee on Energy, Trade, Industry and Tourism at the University of Cyprus, on Friday, 31/01/2025, from 11:00-12:30, in the Council - Senate Meeting Room 115, on the University Campus ( Building "Anastassios G. Leventis", 1st floor).

The event aims to discuss issues related to energy, the green transition, new technologies, innovation and the exploitation of research results, as well as other important issues that fall within the competences of the Committee, with academic members, researchers/ third parties and the students of the Faculty of Engineering well as with members of other entities of the UCY.

The Rector of the University of Cyprus, Prof. Tasos Christofidis.

The debate will be moderated by the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering School, Prof. Marina Neofytou.

A reception will follow.
